Account & Registration

To open an account, you need an active mobile number, an email address, and to be at least 18 years old. You will also provide your full name and a password during registration. ID documents are not required at sign-up, but KYC verification will be needed before you can make a withdrawal.

No. Babajee's policy allows only one account per person. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses forfeited. If you have an issue, please contact support.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email and an OTP will be sent to you. Use the OTP to set a new password. The code is only valid for 10 minutes, so make sure to use it promptly.

After registration, a verification code will be sent to your mobile number or email. Enter the code to activate your account. For full KYC verification, you will need to upload a photo of your national ID or passport at a later stage.
Deposits & Payments

Babajee supports deposits via mobile banking, e-wallets, and internet banking. All major mobile banking services are accepted.

The minimum deposit at Babajee depends on your chosen payment method. For mobile banking, the minimum is kept low so anyone can get started easily. Visit the deposit page for the latest limits.

In most cases, deposits are credited instantly. With mobile banking, your balance typically updates within 1–5 minutes. If more than 15 minutes have passed, contact support with your transaction ID.

Babajee does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, subject to their own policies.
Withdrawals & Cashouts

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours. Completing KYC verification can speed up the process. During peak periods it may take a little longer, but requests are generally completed within 3 business days.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a requirement under international financial regulations — and it also protects you by ensuring no one can withdraw from your account without authorization. Simply upload a clear photo of your national ID or passport.

Common reasons for a rejected withdrawal include incomplete KYC, unmet bonus wagering requirements, or mismatched account details. You will be notified of the reason by email. If you are unsure what the issue is, contact support via live chat.
Bonuses & Promotions

Your welcome bonus will be credited automatically on your first deposit after registration. A promo code may be required in some cases. For full bonus terms and amounts, visit the promotions page.
